Returns Policy
All items are checked before despatch. In the unlikely event of faulty or damaged goods being received please notify us within 7 days to arrange return.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return to us within 14 days for a refund or an exchange. Please ensure the goods are in their original packaging and unused. Postage incurred returning your order will not be covered. When returning goods obtain a proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for non receipt of items.

Postage

We try our best to process orders within one or two days of receiving them, but please allow 10 days for purchase and delivery. We will contact you if there is any delay/problem.

All goods will be posted using Royal Mail or Parcelforce or DPD depending on size. 

 Items can also be purchased online and collected in store, send a message and we can arrange.

PLEASE contact us before you place an order to avoid any confusion.
